How it Works – Summary

We will try to give you a summary of how our system works.

If you use Internet, you can become an “Online User“.
If you do not use Internet, you can become an “Offline User”.

Our recommended plan for our new online customers is Gold Plan (explained below).

Online User:

If you use Internet, you can choose to become an Onlne User. You will be in charge of all matchmaking activities. If you need a helping hand from a matchmaker, you can also get that by becoming a Gold or Platinum member (described below).

Online – Free Membership

Becoming a online user is free. You can register on our website, and get the following services for free:

  • You can create a profile
  • You can search for other profiles and view their public profiles
  • If another customer contacts you, you can reply and continue the communication

However, as a free member, you are unable to view the Private Profiles of other candidates, and initiate a contact request to communicate with another user.

Online – Silver Plan

By paying $20 USD or 1600 BDT, you can become a Silver member for 3 months. You will be able to view private profiles of other candidates, and also contact them. However, no matchmakers will be assigned to help you. You will be expected to do all the match making activities by yourself.

As part of this plan, you will get the following facilities:

  • Private Profile Access Request: 5/day and 30/month
  • Contact Request: 5/day and 30/month

Online – Gold Plan

By paying $40 USD or 3000 BDT, you can become a Gold member for 3 months. You will be able to view private profiles of other candidates, and also contact them. You will also get help from a matchmaker from our office, who will contact you from time to time to help with your search. If you eventually find the right match from our network, you will be required to pay us $125 USD as Successful Match Fee. This is our recommended plan for new customers.

As part of this plan, you will get the following facilities:

  • Private Profile Access Request: 10/day and 60/month
  • Contact Request: 10/day and 60/month

Online – Platinum Plan

By paying $100 USD or 8000 BDT, you can become a Platinum member for 6 months. You will get all the benefits of a Gold member. However, you will get dedicated support from a matchmaker and your matchmaker will work with your match with higher priority. If you eventually find the right match from our network, you will be required to pay us $250 USD as Successful Match Fee.

As part of this plan, you will get the following facilities:

  • Private Profile Access Request: 15/day and 150/month
  • Contact Request: 15/day and 150/month

Offline User:

If you do not use Internet, you can become an offline user. You can contact us, and we will create the profile for you. We will work as your matchmaker and do all the matchmaking tasks on your behalf.

Offline – Basic Plan

By paying 5000 BDT, you can become a Basic member. This membership does not expire until the person you are creating the profile for gets married. We will work as your matchmaker and find the match for your. We will ask you to come to our office or review our proposed profiles online. If we are able to help you in finding the right match, you will be required to pay us BDT 10,000 as Successful Match Fee.

Offline – Diamond Plan

By paying 10,000 BDT, you can become a Diamond member. This membership does not expire until the person you are creating the profile for gets married. We will work as your matchmaker and find the match for your. We will ask you to come to our office or see the profiles online. As part of this plan, we will put you in a different queue, which will allow us to serve you more frequently than members in the Basic plan. If we are able to help you in finding the right match, you will be required to pay us BDT 20,000 as Successful Match Fee.
