I have completed graduation in "human resource management" from "North South University". Along with his studies, he joined a local company as a front-line contributor and successfully delivered some vital projects. After graduation, I joined another "Taiwan-Japan" joint venture company and contributed to sales and HR-related fields, such as labor relations, HR strategy development, cross-cultural adaptations, and others. During this time, he also studied aviation management, airport management, airline operational strategy, air compliance, and other related to aviation management. After that, he joined an international airline as an "AIR Compliance Officer." After 2 years of successful operations, he quit his job and started his own Exporting Business. Now Shahadul is doing his own business on a small scale and working as a trainer in the aviation industry.
He is very interested in working with people, connecting with people around the globe, and networking, he loves traveling and overseeing people.
