My family is well-educated and has a liberal outlook. It puts education and family values ahead of wealth. My sister, a computer engineer, is now residing in the US with her husband, an engineer, and she works for a bank there as well. She was a Senior Manager (IT, AVP) in a reputable bank in Bangladesh. My father was a banker, and he passed away in 2001. My mum also worked in banking. Since 1984, my family and I have been in our own home in Mirpur, Dhaka. I am from a respectable family from Matlab, Chandpur.
