Once you create a profile for a candidate, the profile is saved on our system. Once our customer service team looks at the content of the profile and approves it, it becomes visible all users and matchmakers on our system. At this time, other users can view your Public Profile.
As a free member of our site, you can continue to view the Public Profiles of other users. However, you will not be able to look at the Private Profiles of other users, or contact them. You will also not get the benefit of having an actual human being as your matchmaker.
However, you can get access to all our features, and contact the other users if you become a premium member by subscribing to one of our service plans.
